Built the AI-ready foundation, in a regulated national org
Rolled out Microsoft Copilot on a SharePoint knowledge library, connected across systems like Azure DevOps and ClickUp through Microsoft Graph. Led adoption across the organization and set the governance behind it: a written policy and a review committee. Led a 20-person technology organization across engineering, QA, cloud, data, security, and enterprise systems.
Run lean by design, as an owner
Co-founded a multi-channel eCommerce business and scaled it past $10M in annual revenue on a team of seven, most of them part-time, by automating everything that did not need a person. I owned the operations, the systems, and the P&L, so I read cost and risk the way an owner does.

Replacing a CEO-run spreadsheet process with an automated shipping operating system
A multi-location, founder-led specialty healthcare provider ran a manual kit-shipping operation out of spreadsheets, with the CEO personally holding it together every week. We replaced it with a shipping operating system built to run without them.
The shipping process had no operating system behind it. Intake, fulfillment, return tracking, and exceptions all depended on spreadsheets and individual attention.
