Information you send

If you use the contact form, the site collects the name, company, email address, and message you provide. That information is used to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting conversation.

Contact-form messages are delivered through Resend, the email delivery provider used by this site. Do not submit sensitive personal, patient, financial, or confidential business information through the form.

Analytics

The site may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages people visit and how they found the site. Google Analytics may set cookies or receive technical information including your device, browser, approximate location, and IP address.

Analytics is not required for the site to work. Blocking analytics scripts does not prevent you from reading the site or contacting Jon directly.

Links to other services

The site links to Calendly and LinkedIn. If you follow those links, those services handle information under their own privacy policies. They are not embedded into the core site and are not required for the main pages to load.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry information is kept only as long as it remains useful for responding, maintaining a business relationship, or meeting applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website and email workflow, or when required by law.
